- Tuesday 10am to 4:00pm
- Wednesday 10am to 6:00pm
- Thursday 10am to 6:00pm
- Fridays 10am to 4:00pm
- Off Saturday, Sunday and Monday
- Limited Evening and Saturday appointments available by appointment only – Call for Availability
During regular office hours, the Insights for Life staff is available to take calls to schedule appointments for phone consultations, in-office visits or video conferencing sessions, register you for a class or workshop or to answer any general questions you may have.
