- Wavelengths: 600-700 nm (red light) & 800-900 nm (near-infrared, NIR)
- Distance from Device: 6-12 inches for best results
- Session Duration: 10-20 minutes per session per treatment area
- Frequency: 1-3 times per week, depending on the goal, daily is also great.
